This Package of Movement Revolution comprises of 12 classes – 6 at level 1 and 6 at level 2.
You can do 1-2 classes per week.
Our classes are 30-50 minutes in duration.
You will have permanent access to these classes so they can be repeated at anytime.
You will improve your:
core strength flexibility joint mobility running technique breathing efficiency balance postural awareness
Make sure to only push yourself to your own tolerance levels. Progressions of exercises are given, but only do as much as your body allows.
