You should really be noticing the difference day to day. You shouldn’t have much pain in the knee anymore and should feel much stronger and more confident getting back to what you want to do.

Again with all of these exercises you should aim to do between 8-12 reps on each leg, repeating each one 2-4 times. 3 times per week is enough for these exercises. Remember, rest is just as important.
Before moving onto the last phase of your rehabilitation, all of these exercises should become easier.
