Running Rehab: Acceleration with Med/Slam Ball from Split Stance

This exercises helps remove the “False Start” when someone takes an unnecessary step back before exploding forward.

– Start from Split Stance
– Take Weight to Chest
– Explode Through Both Feet
– Throw Ball As Far As You Can!
– Maintain Run Through to End
– Walk Back to Start / Grab Ball
– Repeat x 3 Each Leg

*This can be done from a neutral/double leg athletic stance – with power coming off both legs simultaneously*
